About Our Founding Members

Australia Post

As Australia’s leading logistics, postal and integrated services business, we support our customers to grow and communities to thrive, helping to unlock opportunities for all Australians. Our objective is to create products that people value and trust, and to always deliver great service and value to our customers and the community.

Boral is Australia’s largest construction materials and building products supplier with operations in all states and territories. We help our customers build something great by supplying them with high-quality, sustainable products.

Boral has been at the forefront of employing veterans since our earliest years of operation, welcoming former Navy personnel returning from World War II with jobs at our first bitumen plant in Sydney. In 2019 Boral was awarded the Prime Ministers Defence Employment – Employer of the Year Award (Large business category).

Downer Group

Downer designs, builds and sustains assets, infrastructure and facilities and we are the leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand. With a history dating back over 150 years, Downer is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand Stock Exchange as Downer EDI Limited (DOW). We are an ASX 100 company that also owns 88 per cent of Spotless Group Holdings Limited (SPO). Downer Group employs more than 53,000 people across more than 300 sites, primarily in Australia and New Zealand but also in the Asia-Pacific region, South America and Southern Africa.

As one of the few full-service financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand, local corporations and institutions, multinationals, governments and private clients rely on us for market-leading financial services — a confidence bred from our strength and ability to deliver integrated services across the Corporate & Investment Bank, Asset & Wealth Management and Commercial Banking.
